NEUBILITY Signs MOU with Unitree to Co-develop Humanoid Robot Solutions

From Korea to APAC: Expanding Together

2026. 07. 03

NEUBILITY has entered into a strategic technology partnership with global robotics company Unitree to integrate its autonomous navigation solution, NeuOn, with Unitree's quadruped and humanoid robot platforms. Through this collaboration, the two companies will jointly develop next-generation field robotics solutions and explore new opportunities for global commercialization.

By combining their respective technologies and business capabilities, NEUBILITY and Unitree aim to advance robot solutions optimized for a wide range of industrial environments while accelerating global market expansion.

The signing ceremony was held at NEUBILITY's headquarters on June 25, attended by key executives from both companies, including Keehyuk Kang (CEO of NEUBILITY), Sungwan Koo (CSO of NEUBILITY), Irving Chen (Global Sales Director at Unitree), and Jovi Liu (Sales Director at Unitree).

As part of the partnership, the two companies will jointly develop next-generation robot solutions, initially focusing on the Korean market. The primary area of collaboration is the integration of NEUBILITY's autonomous navigation robotics kit solution, NeuOn, with Unitree's robot hardware platforms to create robotics solutions optimized for diverse industrial applications. Together, the companies will also explore new business opportunities in Korea while evaluating future expansion across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

NeuOn is NEUBILITY's modular add-on computing platform that enables AI-powered autonomous navigation to be easily integrated into existing robot hardware. By eliminating the need for extensive redevelopment, NeuOn significantly accelerates the commercialization of Physical AI robots. NEUBILITY plans to integrate NeuOn with Unitree's humanoid and quadruped robots to further enhance robotics solutions tailored for patrol, inspection, reconnaissance, transportation, and other mission-critical applications.

Partnering with a Key Player in NVIDIA's Robotics Ecosystem

Unitree is a global leader in AI-powered humanoid and quadruped robotics. The company has gained worldwide recognition as a key participant in NVIDIA Isaac GR00T, the next-generation Physical AI ecosystem led by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, driving the commercialization of humanoid robotics.

"This partnership represents the convergence of NEUBILITY's autonomous navigation technology and operational expertise with a globally recognized robotics platform. Moving forward, we will continue enhancing our RX (Robot Transformation) solution, which supports the entire lifecycle of robot automation—from deployment and operations to ongoing optimization—to create new business opportunities." - Kang Keehyuk, CEO of NEUBILITY.

"NEUBILITY has demonstrated proven technology and extensive operational experience in real-world environments. We look forward to developing robotics solutions optimized for industrial applications together and expanding our collaboration beyond Korea into the broader APAC market." - Irving Chen, Global Sales Director at Unitree.

Advancing RX Solutions Through Real-World Operational Data
NEUBILITY has commercialized autonomous patrol and delivery robot services powered by its autonomous mobile robot, Neubi. The company has deployed more than 300 robots across over 140 operational sites and currently provides services in Seongsu, Yeoksam, Seongnam, Songdo, Busan, Jeonju, and other regions across Korea.

Leveraging extensive real-world operational data, NEUBILITY has established its RX Data Loop, a continuous improvement framework that enhances robot services based on field experience. Through its NCC (Neubility Control Center), the company provides integrated fleet management, mission monitoring, remote intervention, and operational optimization for large-scale robot deployments.

Building on its Physical AI capabilities and data-driven RX operating framework, NEUBILITY will continue expanding its solutions into logistics, manufacturing, security, and other industrial sectors. With its next-generation robot lineup, the company aims to deliver greater value across a broader range of B2B applications as well as last-mile services.
