NEUBILITY, led by CEO Keehyuk Kang, is joining forces with global robotics company Unitree to develop next-generation robot solutions and expand business opportunities.

On June 25, NEUBILITY signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Unitree to establish a strategic partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both organizations, including NEUBILITY CEO Keehyuk Kang and CSO Sungwan Koo, as well as Unitree Head of Global Sales Irving Chen and Sales Director Jovi Liu.

Under the MOU, NEUBILITY and Unitree will combine respective technology and business capabilities to jointly develop new robot solutions and proactively pursue collaboration in the Korean market. A key area of cooperation will involve integrating NeuOn—NEUBILITY’s autonomous navigation robotics kit that enables robots to perceive surroundings and independently plan and navigate routes—with Unitree’s robotic hardware platforms. Through this integration, the two companies aim to develop robot solutions applicable across a wide range of industrial environments. The partnership will also explore new business models in Korea, with potential expansion into the broader Asia-Pacific region.

NeuOn is a modular add-on computing platform that can be installed on existing robot products to enable the rapid adoption of AI-powered autonomous navigation. NeuOn allows AI navigation capabilities to be deployed across various types of robot hardware without requiring a separate development process, accelerating the commercialization of Physical AI robots. NEUBILITY plans to integrate NeuOn with Unitree’s humanoid and quadruped robots to advance field-optimized solutions for patrol, detection, reconnaissance, transport and specialized missions.

“This partnership represents an important opportunity to combine NEUBILITY’s autonomous navigation technology and robot service operation expertise with a globally recognized robotic platform,” said Keehyuk Kang, CEO of NEUBILITY. “NEUBILITY will further advance the RX (Robot Transformation) solution, which supports the entire process of deploying and operating robot-based automation services, while creating new business opportunities.”

NEUBILITY has commercially operated autonomous robot services for patrol and delivery in Korea using Neubi. More than 300 robots have been deployed across approximately 140 sites nationwide, with services currently operating in Seongsu, Yeoksam, Seongnam, Songdo, Busan and Jeonju. Drawing on robot operation data collected from these diverse environments, NEUBILITY has established an RX Data Loop that continuously improves system performance. NEUBILITY also provides mission monitoring, remote response and operational optimization through NCC (NEUBILITY Control Center), an integrated platform for managing multiple robots.

Building on this Physical AI- and data-driven RX operating framework, NEUBILITY is expanding robot services into a broader range of industrial environments, including logistics, manufacturing and security. With a next-generation robot lineup that includes Billi, a hybrid humanoid scheduled to be unveiled next month, NEUBILITY plans to extend the application of Physical AI across B2B industrial environments and last-mile services.
