
NEUBILITY Accelerates Spatial RFM Strategy, Building on Commercial Robot Services from Palace Patrols to Urban Deliveries in Tokyo

Physical AI company NEUBILITY is expanding the scope of autonomous robot services across patrol operations at Deoksugung Palace and Seoul Forest, inter-building logistics at Chungnam National University Hospital, and last-mile delivery in Shibuya, Tokyo. By adapting spatial intelligence and service operations expertise validated in commercial environments to the conditions and tasks of each site, NEUBILITY is accelerating a service expansion strategy built on NEUBILITY’s Spatial Robot Foundation Model(RFM).
NEUBILITY’s Spatial RFM enables robots to interpret spatial layouts, the movement of people and vehicles, surrounding infrastructure, access and operational requirements, and assigned tasks within a unified context—then determine how to navigate and perform the required service. The strategy applies spatial intelligence proven in live operations to the conditions of new environments and missions, reducing site-specific development requirements and accelerating service deployment.
NEUBILITY has operated Neubi autonomous robots in real-world service environments since 2023. By the first half of 2026, Neubi had logged more than 146,721 kilometers across approximately 150 sites in Korea and overseas—equivalent to circling the Earth about 3.7 times. In 2025 alone, the robots completed 44,638 service runs.
During operation, Neubi captures RGB imagery through five directional cameras and generates six categories of visual and spatial perception data, including depth information, ground-surface segmentation, object recognition, distance estimation, and localization. The robots generate approximately 145 million data points annually.
Drawing on commercial operations data and hands-on deployment experience, NEUBILITY has built Field-Native Physical AI capabilities that support the real-world application of Spatial RFM and the continued expansion of robot services.
Patrol and Anomaly Detection Adapted to a Cultural Heritage Site
For ‘Sunlabot’, the autonomous patrol robot operated at Deoksugung Palace by the Royal Palaces and Tombs Center of the Korea Heritage Service, NEUBILITY supports day-and-night patrols and the detection of anomalies such as fires and collapsed individuals. Autonomous navigation and situational awareness technologies validated through previous patrol services have been adapted to an environment that requires both cultural heritage preservation and careful management of visitor flows.
Adapting to Pedestrian Density and Changing Conditions in a Large Outdoor Space
At Seoul Forest, autonomous patrol robots are scheduled to support safety operations in the second half of the year. Building on route-planning and pedestrian-avoidance capabilities refined in urban outdoor environments, NEUBILITY plans to provide a patrol service adapted to the park’s operating conditions, including high pedestrian density, temporary structures, and changing navigation conditions based on weather and time of day.
Indoor-Outdoor Logistics Between Hospital Buildings
Since September 7, At Chungnam National University Hospital, autonomous robots have been supporting bidirectional logistics between the main hospital building and the Daejeon-Chungcheong Regional Rehabilitation Center, located approximately 400 meters away. NEUBILITY applies spatial perception and autonomous navigation capabilities designed for indoor-outdoor transitions and movement between buildings, extending hospital logistics automation beyond indoor environments.
Autonomous Delivery in an Urban Japanese Environment
Since August 24, NEUBILITY has been conducting an autonomous robot delivery pilot with local delivery platform Demae-can in the Sasazuka area of Shibuya, Tokyo. The project adapts pedestrian-response, route-planning, and delivery operations expertise developed through urban delivery services in Korea to Japan’s traffic systems and delivery procedures, supporting robot delivery operations in central Tokyo.

NEUBILITY is also extending spatial intelligence validated through commercial autonomous robot services to Billi, a hybrid humanoid scheduled for the first public unveiling later this month. Building on indoor-outdoor autonomous navigation, spatial understanding, perception technologies, and service operations expertise developed through Neubi, Billi is designed not only to navigate between indoor and outdoor environments but also to continuously perform industrial tasks involving manufacturing, material transport, and object manipulation as part of a single end-to-end mission.
